Shipping & Returns
All orders of in stock merchandise will be shipped within 3-4 business days from receiving and priority is given to any orders with expedited shipping chosen. If the item is out of stock and we need to place an order with the manufacturer we will notify you promptly with the expected ship date.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Refunds. You may receive a refund on qualified merchandise which will be a credit for the purchase price of your product reduced by a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs. Read below for full description of our online return policy and details regarding final sale items.
Merchandise Credit. You may receive a merchandise credit on qualified merchandise. Your merchandise credit will be the purchase price of your product reduced by all shipping costs. Read below for full description of our online return policy and details regarding final sale items.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, within 3 calendar days of receiving your order you can exchange or return qualified merchandise* for full merchandise credit or a refund less a 20% restocking fee. All shipping expenses will be deducted from your return credit and if your initial order included free shipping, the shipping cost for delivery will also be deducted from the return.
*Products that do not qualify for return or exchange include special order, sale or reduced price merchandise. Marleighz.com inspects all our merchandise 100% prior to shipping to ensure there are no damages. All orders placed with Marleighz require that you select a “wear date” at checkout which ensures you will receive your products in time for your event. Under no circumstances will an item be considered merchandise qualified for refund or merchandise credit past the wear date.
Online return requests must be submitted by email request within three days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved customer service will send an RMA Number to your email address. PLEASE NOTE: Any returns received without an RMA, postmarked after 3 days of when you are issued your RMA, or after your “wear date” will be refused. All return goods must be received in original condition with all tags attached. Returns are inspected upon receipt.
Final Sale Items. Final Sale Items do not qualify for refund or merchandise credit. Final Sale items include: International Orders, exchanges and items purchased with merchandise credit, jewelry and accessory purchases, and special order, sale, or reduced priced items.
Allow 5-7 business for refunds on qualified merchandise processing.
